World Cancer Day

To mark World Cancer Day, Velindre NHS Trust wanted to tell the story of its staff and volunteers at the Velindre Cancer Centre and to showcase the commitment of staff to fighting cancer.

EatSleep Media provided a video showing the impact each department, staff member or volunteer had on patient care at Velindre Cancer Centre, showcasing the personalities behind the brand and helping to provide visibility of the human side of the work carried out.

Cancer is a scary subject for most, and by putting these personalities front and centre of the videos ESM helped to put a smiling face to the brand. The video quickly became one of the most popular they had published in recent years and generated some of the most positive engagement they had ever received.
