Laurence Mora: Founder and Director
He’s our EatSleep Media Founder and Director of our epically talented team.
With a passion for storytelling he’s dedicated his life to crafting compelling narratives whilst also being the maestro of managing all things business. He has over 20 years experience in the sports media industry… we know, we can’t believe it either!
Outside of working on all things EatSleep Media you’ll find him coaching his daughter’s football team in Chepstow, annoying his children with “rubbish” indie music and giving it “one more season” before the knees finally pack up.
Dave Williams: Head of Film Production
Dave wishes he’d won a trophy this big, but he hasn’t.
Only because they don’t give out trophies that big for awesome filming and editing.
If they did, his mantlepiece would be straining under the weight!
When Dave isn’t busy crating cinematic magic you can most likely find him supporting his favourite sports team, either Swansea City or Cardiff Devils.
Layla Gunter: Creative Producer
Layla is our Creative Producer and the ultimate mixologist in blending creative ideas, visuals and organisational strategy into producing your content.
She has tonnes of experience of working in both the private and public sector and loves to bring dreams to life, (sadly she hasn’t mastered winning the lottery yet!)
Her most favourite places to be in the world are on top of a mountain on a snowboard or bobbing around in the sea pretending to surf.
Luc Daley: Filmmaker, Editor & Composer
Meet Luc, our extended team member who is a highly skilled filmmaker, editor & composer with a gift for storytelling through visuals. And yes, of course we are biased but he is so talented that he has been awarded Rising Star at the 2023 RTS Cymru Awards for his work on our feature documentary TOSH.
Over the years he has worked on long format documentaries, such as TOSH and over 14 further documentaries featured on RedWall +. He is a busy bee indeed!

Gabriella Jukes: Bi-Lingual Sport Broadcaster, Filmmaker & Editor
Gabriella has a MSc in Sport Broadcast and she’s super talented at what she does. She is first and foremost an exceptional bi-lingual sport broadcaster who works for the likes of S4C and BBC Sport. So if you need your project delivered in English or Welsh - then she’s the gal to go to!
Not only that, but she is also a fantastic filmmaker and editor and we often call on her to translate from English to Welsh and yep you guessed it, from Welsh to English.
Siôn Rees: Filmmaker & Editor
Our Siôn is a wizard behind the camera and editing screen. He graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University in Fine Art and fortunately for us, came to work for EatSleep Media. He has worked on many, many projects over the past 4 years, including multiple documentaries featured on RedWall+ and My Club Series. Siôn transforms sports footage into epic tales of triumph and glory. He also works with loads of Welsh bands producing equally epic music videos.
When he’s not dodging flying balls or scaling stadium walls for the perfect shot, he will most likely be watching his favourite sport - F1, or coming in as a close second - snooker.
Alexandra Francis: Finance Co-ordinator
Looking after our finances, invoicing and quite frankly organising us all is Alex. She’s that calming voice on the phone and the authoritative voice when it comes to questions on the company. She’s also a dental hygienist, bops to a bit of Amy Whinehouse and loves cwtching with Alpacas on pilates weekends. Yes, honestly.
Marcus Fair & Lucke Gabriel: Eternal Media
Based in the Always Sunny Wrexham, Marcus and Lucke are all out filmmakers. They specialise in documentary and supporting recovery communities with upskilling it’s members in the art of filmmaking.
Marcus can be found either flying drones on location, at the beach, at the gym pumping iron, and sometimes all of those at the same time!
As for Lucke, if it’s not a camera or keyboard and mouse in his hands, then it’s going to be some form of musical instrument (we’ve lost count at this point!)

Olive and Cloud
These two beauts are the real decision makers… All they need to do is give us that puppy dog look and we’re sold. They can mostly be found lazing around their wfh office or chasing their tails in the garden. They may not make a lot of sense a lot of the time (barking mad you might say), but their cuteness knows no bounds.
Who else?
As well as this motley crew, we also work with a close-knit group of highly-talented freelance presenters, cameras and editors who know how we work and and help us to deliver top quality content.
We believe in empowering new talent and developing leadership skills to make sure our client’s experience is consistent, seamless and high quality throughout.
We work with up-and-coming actors and presenters like Jenna Preece, who led our BBC Radio Wales documentary on people with disabilities. Winter Olympian Mica Moore presented another BBC Radio Wales documentary about inspiring girls to take up and stay in sport. She also co-hosted our FC Cymru Euro2020 coverage for the Football Association of Wales.
Another FCC stalwart is footballing know-it-all Abi Davies, along with hair product enthusiast Dan Jardine, who also fronted Welsh Sports Insider for Sport Wales.
