Who Knows Wins is a company that ESM engaged with through our in-house podcast, The Accidental Startup. Who Knows Wins is a gaming app with a difference. Instead of playing the house, you’re playing your mates. Whoever predicts the most correct results wins.
Who Knows Wins wanted to tap into the Welsh footballing community, reaching new audiences in a more engaging and entertaining way by showing how the app is part of the social side of betting on football.
ESM devised a series of live streams via our Welsh Football Fans channels with more than 50 thousand followers across Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube. We developed an entertaining panel of fans talking about Welsh football, the main stories of the week, and having a lighthearted competition about the weekend’s fixtures where the loser would end up wearing the Daffodil Hat of Shame! True humiliation for any Welsh football fan!
Who Knows Wins was also tagged in sponsored posts with content, articles, and memes unique to Welsh Football Fans and had adverts running across every article on the WFF website.
The series increased reach into the Welsh football community for Who Knows Wins, encouraging fans to sign up, set up their own predictor leagues among their mates, and even help raise much-needed funds for their local football clubs.
