ESM x Youth Sport Trust
Through our work with Sport Wales, ESM has been introduced or recommended to a number of other organisations, like Youth Sport Trust. YST has an incredible scheme in schools across the UK called the Young Ambassador Programme.
Through sport, YST can teach young people skills like team work, leadership and communication. YST needed a series of promotional videos that showcased the programme, the benefits to young people, stories from those that have graduated from the programme and now have careers in sport and inspired more young people to join the programme.
ESM filmed these videos across Cardiff and the Neath Valley with a number of young people, and developed the videos to be led by the young people telling their stories in their own words.
The videos were used at the annual YST Conference, shown in schools and shared on YST's social media channels, helping YST to spread their message and engage with more young people, growing the Young Ambassadors Programme and providing opporutnties for more young people.
YST have always delivered good work, but with engaging video showcasing that work they were able to engage with a wider audience.
