Sport Wales is a national governing body that oversees and supports all sports across all of Wales. As a result, the organisation has to deliver a range of messages, videos and content to a wide variety of people across the country.
They wanted a delivery mechanism that would allow them to show the very best and sheer breadth of Welsh sport from bowling to boxing, skiing to cycling.
EatSleep Media worked with Sport Wales to develop a magazine-style programme which showcases different sports, organisations, and personalities in each edition demonstrating the key messages of the support Sport Wales is able to offer, and the benefits of National Lottery funding.
The presenter-led series allowed Sport Wales a regular content stream that stood apart from other content and brought. together stories from 3 different sports in one episode, allowing for cross-pollination of the audience.
The brand style of the series was designed to reflect the Sport Wales brand, but also have its own identity to ensure that it cut through on social media. The series became an instant hit online with more than 25,000 views per episode across different platforms, and the show became the vehicle for delivering new strategies, campaigns, and funds to the Sport Wales audience.
