Brains had been sponsors and supporters of Welsh football for several years back in 2017, but were still seen as a rugby brand.

The Brains marketing team wanted to make their support the Wales national team more visible and to engage with the fan base, so they asked if our EatSleepFootyRepeat online magazine show could make a video for them

. Armed only with a video camera and a crate of glorious Brains SA beer EatSleep Media took a coach trip to France to take in Paris, watch a friendly international between Wales and France, and swap stories with fans about their love of following Wales.

All in 36 hours. Within five days the video was the third most popular on Brains’ Facebook page and it helped showcase the brand's support of Welsh football, engaging directly with Welsh football fans through our personality-led fan content.
