Football v Homophobia
ESM x Football v Homophobia
Football v Homophobia (FvH) is a national campaign opposing prejudice against lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.
Studies on homophobia in sport over the past ten years find that around 82% of respondents have witnessed or experienced homophobia in sport in the UK.
Attitudes in Football are changing, but we all need to make sure that the language we use and the way we behave reflects this change. The Football Association of Wales asked us to produce a series of videos highlighting the good work of clubs and grassroots volunteers around the country.
ESM had the pleasure of working LGBTQ+ members of the Red Wall and Welsh football family to tell their stories and help amplify their messages.
EatSleep Media is proud to be involved in supporting the FvH campaign.
